Aurum Alumni

Aurum Alumni is a Noida-based residential developer with its office in Sector 136. It is a newer name in the market and, going by its website, is working on its first two projects, both on the Yamuna Expressway. The company says its investment across the two is about ₹1,100 crore, with a combined area of about 22.8 lakh sq ft.

Both projects follow the same idea of two apartments per floor and a large share of open land. Aurum Alumni Bliss in Sector 22D has 528 homes of 3 and 4 BHK on 7 acres, and Aurum Alumni Accord in Sector 25 has 210 homes of 4 BHK on 3 acres. Both were registered with UP RERA in late 2024, Bliss through Starcity Infradevelopers. Because the company has no completed projects yet, buyers should follow construction progress through the quarterly reports on the RERA portal.
