About Purvanchal Sunbliss
Sector 22D is one of the YEIDA sectors along the Yamuna Expressway that has filled up with group housing since work on the Noida International Airport at Jewar picked up. Purvanchal Projects is building Sunbliss on plot GH-1A/1 in this sector, and the developer puts the drive to the airport at about 10 minutes.
Most homes are large 3 and 4 BHK apartments. The published unit types are 1,720 sq ft, 2,045 sq ft, 2,380 sq ft and 3,695 sq ft, with a compact 725 sq ft unit also on the plan. Purvanchal has not put prices on its project page, so the cost sheet will have to come from the sales office.
The amenity list is long: a community club, family and children's pools, a gym and spa, badminton, tennis and basketball courts, a jogging track, a party hall, a games room, an amphitheatre, a yoga lawn and an artificial lake.
Purvanchal has been building since 1994 and says it has delivered more than 11,000 homes across North India, including Purvanchal Royal City in Greater Noida. Sunbliss is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ746863/04/2025, with January 2030 as the completion date. Schools, hospitals and daily shopping in the sector are still thin, so early residents should expect to drive for most errands.
