ATS Marigold is a group housing project by the ATS group in Sector 89A, Gurugram, on land in Harsaru village in the New Gurugram belt close to the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48. The project offers 3 BHK apartments of about 1,750 sq ft and 4 BHK apartments of about 2,650 sq ft in several towers, alongside separate EWS housing blocks. Residents get a clubhouse with a swimming pool and gym, a butterfly garden, a jogging track, a children's play zone and basketball and tennis courts. According to the developer's construction update, the structure, plaster and services work are complete and the project is in its final finishing stage, with Tower 1 and the EWS blocks shown as structurally finished. The project is registered with HRERA under HRERA-55/2017/7(3)/2022/07. ATS had not published prices or a firm handover date on its project page when reviewed.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-345-2019, with registration valid until February 2027.
