Homes range from about 1,620 to 3,680 sq ft across 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK layouts; Vatika states that the 2 BHK units are sold out and that a second phase has been launched. About 2.5 acres are set aside as greens, including a herbal garden and fruit trees, and total club and recreation space is listed at around 172,400 sq ft, with two clubs, pools, sports courts, a tree-lined driveway and a fountain. The project holds a Gold rating from SEAC Haryana. The first phase was registered in 2017, and this registration runs to January 2030.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-460-2019, with registration valid until January 2030.
