Ashiana Mulberry is a residential development by Delhi-based Ashiana Homes in Sector 2, Sohna, on the Sohna Road opposite K.R. Mangalam University in south Gurugram. It has been built in phases, and the latest phase, marketed as Mulberry Moments, holds HRERA registration No. 92 of 2025. That phase has towers of up to 25 floors with a limited number of apartments per floor, arranged in wings offering 3 BHK homes with three toilets, some with a study or staff room. The developer lists an air-conditioned clubhouse zone of about 35,000 sq ft with a pool, a splash pool for children, a mini theatre, a gym, a banquet hall, billiards and activity rooms, and a terrace garden, plus a shopping complex, three-tier security, sewage treatment and rainwater harvesting. The site is about five minutes from IMT Sohna, the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and the KMP Expressway. Ashiana Homes is a separate company from Ashiana Housing Ltd.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2030-2025, RERA-GRG-449-2019, with registration valid until August 2030.
