Ashiana Homes is a Delhi-based residential developer with its office at Uppal's Plaza in the Jasola District Centre. It is a different business from the listed Ashiana Housing Ltd, even though the names are similar. The company says it has been active for about 39 years, has developed around 46 lakh sq ft and has served more than 4,500 families. Its projects are in Gurugram, Jaipur, Bhubaneswar and Goa. In Gurugram its main development is Ashiana Mulberry in Sector 2, Sohna, on the Sohna Road opposite K.R. Mangalam University. That project has been built in phases, and the latest phase, marketed as Mulberry Moments, was registered with HRERA in 2025. Other projects named on its website include Ashiana Upvan, Ashiana Greens in Jaipur, Palm Court, and the Ashiana Regency, Elegance and Regal projects in Bhubaneswar.
