Ashiana Anmol is a kid-centric housing project by Ashiana Housing in Sector 33, Sohna, on the Sohna Road in south Gurugram, on land in Dhunela village. The project is being developed in phases, with buildings of ground plus 14 floors. The first phase has been handed over, with residents living on site since 2019, while Phases II and III are under construction. Apartments are 2 BHK units with two bathrooms of about 780 sq ft and 3 BHK units with three bathrooms of about 996 sq ft, and the developer showed both types as sold out when reviewed. Facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, children's play room and learning hub, and courts and pitches for badminton, basketball, tennis, skating and cricket, set in landscaped gardens. This registration covers Phase III together with the second phase of the project's retail plaza. The site is roughly 25 km from Rajiv Chowk and 35 km from Cyber City.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-929-2021, with registration valid until December 2028.
