Ashiana Housing Limited is a residential developer founded in 1986 by Om Gupta and headquartered in New Delhi. Its shares trade on the BSE and NSE. The company focuses on housing for middle and upper-middle income buyers and has also built retail space, hotels and retirement communities for senior citizens. It has worked in cities including Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Chennai and Pune, as well as in Gurugram. In recent years it has promoted a 'kid-centric homes' format that pairs apartments with learning hubs and play streets for children. In Gurugram this format is used at Ashiana Amarah in Sector 93, Ashiana Anmol in Sector 33 on the Sohna Road, and Ashiana Aaroham in Sector 80 near Manesar. Forbes included the company in its Asia's 200 Best Under A Billion list in 2010 and 2011.
