Arihant Group has spent most of its 29 years in Delhi NCR building housing in Greater Noida West, where Arihant Abode, Arihant Arden and Arihant Ambar are located. Arihant Seasons takes the developer to Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway.
The project covers about 11 acres, with roughly 7 acres kept as landscaped greens and open space. Homes are 3 BHK and 4 BHK. The developer's pitch rests on its amenities: five separate clubhouses, more than 1.15 lakh sq ft (10,683.84 sq m) of amenity area, rooftop infinity-edge pools, spa and wellness spaces, multi-sports courts and children's activity zones. One tower is planned as a taller signature building with its own rooftop club. Planning and design are credited to Cooper Hills and Confluence.
The site is a short drive from Pari Chowk and the Yamuna Expressway, and the developer points to the Noida International Airport and the planned Film City nearby as the long-term drivers for the area.
Arihant Seasons was registered with UP RERA under UPRERAPRJ974543/02/2026 and launched in February 2026, with a completion date of January 2031 on the registration. Carpet areas, the tower count and prices were not on the developer's page at the time of writing. The airport and Film City demand is still mostly in the future, so buyers should be prepared for a holding period of five years or more.
