About AIPL Joy District
AIPL Joy District is a retail and entertainment centre being built by Advance India Projects Limited (AIPL) in Sector 88, Gurugram, close to the Dwarka Expressway. The project occupies about 10.42 acres and is planned with roughly 1.2 million sq ft of built space spread over four levels. AIPL positions it as a destination shopping centre that mixes high-street retail, food and beverage outlets and entertainment, with more than 40 cafes and restaurants and a sky garden on the dining level. Design features include water-themed atriums, an indoor planted theme and double-height shopfronts with LED screens. Several basement levels provide parking linked directly to the ground level, and escalators and lifts connect the floors. The principal architect is Design Forum International. The project is registered with HRERA under GGM/780/512/2024/07 dated 2 February 2024, and the developer lists it as under construction.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1477-2023, with registration valid until June 2028.
