Advance India Projects Limited (AIPL) is a Gurugram-based developer that says it has been operating since 1991. It works in residential, office, retail and hospitality projects across Delhi NCR, Punjab and Rajasthan, and reports more than 60 completed projects, over 10 million sq ft of commercial space and more than 10,600 customers. Its commercial buildings host offices of a large number of Indian and multinational firms. In Gurugram, AIPL is known for its Golf Course Extension Road projects, including the Autograph office campus and the Joy Gallery retail centre in Sector 66, as well as the Joy District shopping centre in Sector 88 and the Lake City residential development, which includes the Riviera towers, in Sector 103 near the Dwarka Expressway. The company's corporate office is at the AIPL Business Club in Sector 62, Gurugram.
