Tata Housing Group

Tata Housing Development Company is the housing arm of the Tata Group. It was set up in Mumbai in 1984 and is wholly owned by Tata Sons. It builds homes across price ranges in cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Gurugram, Chennai and Bhubaneswar, and also has projects in the Maldives. In 2010 it created Tata Value Homes, a subsidiary for affordable and mid-market housing. In Noida, Eureka Park in Sector 150 is a Tata Value Homes project developed by its subsidiary Land Kart Builders in a joint venture with Lotus Greens Constructions. It offers 2 and 3 BHK homes in two phases registered with UP RERA, and the company lists both phases as sold out.
