La Vida is a group housing project by Tata Housing in Sector 113, Gurugram, on Bajghera Road close to Dwarka Expressway and the Delhi border. It is developed by Sector 113 Gatevida Developers Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between Tata Housing Development Company and CSN Estates, on an estate of about 12 acres where the developer says roughly 80 percent of the area is kept as open space. The project is being built in phases that share one set of facilities, including a clubhouse with cafe lounge, mini theatre, spa and billiards, plus a swimming pool, gym, tennis court, cricket practice pitch, cycling track, skywalk, lily pond and sunken garden. This entry covers Phase II, registered with HRERA Gurugram in 2022. The official page lists the project as sold out, so resale is the main route for buyers. Apartment sizes, tower count and the handover date are not given on the official page.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1118-2022, with registration valid until August 2027.
