Majestique Landmarks started as a textile business and moved into Pune real estate in 2007. Its head office is in Majestique City View on Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, and alongside its housing it has a commercial project, Kothrud Central Mall. Some listings and websites call it Majestique Developer.

East and south-east Pune hold most of its homes. Kharadi has Marbella, Majestique Towers and Evolvus, and Fursungi (also spelt Phursungi) has Nest and Aqua. Other launches include Rhythm County in Hadapsar, Mayberry and Manhattan in Wagholi, 38 Park Majestique in Undri and Ephelia near NIBM. In the west, Signature Towers is near Balewadi High Street and The Ornate is in Baner, with New Friends in Kothrud. The range is wide. Nest and Aqua at Fursungi start at about ₹27 lakh, with 1 BHK carpet areas around 270 to 340 sq ft and 2 BHK flats under 600 sq ft. The Kharadi and Balewadi projects start at roughly ₹90 lakh to ₹1.07 crore for 2 BHK homes. That makes the brand hard to place in one segment, so buyers should compare specifications project by project.
