The 1 BHK flats are 294 to 301 sq ft of carpet area and cost about ₹26.9 lakh to ₹27.9 lakh. The 2 BHK range is broader, from 451 sq ft at about ₹35.9 lakh to 589 sq ft at about ₹40.6 lakh. Some of the price steps are small: a 538 sq ft 2 BHK costs only about ₹1.2 lakh more than a 451 sq ft one, so the mid-sized plans give more space for very little extra.
The amenities go further than most projects at this price. There is a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a mini theatre, a clubhouse, landscaped paths with water features, and areas for children and older residents.
