Majestique Towers is set near EON IT Park in Kharadi, the part of east Pune where much of the city's IT hiring happens. Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park, Mundhwa and Hadapsar are neighbouring areas, and the Pune-Ahmednagar highway gives a quick run to the airport and the railway station.
Both 2 and 3 BHK homes are offered. The 2 BHK flats with published sizes measure 721 and 738 sq ft of carpet area and cost about ₹99 lakh and ₹1.02 crore, with other 2 BHK units priced up to about ₹1.2 crore. The 3 BHK list is harder to read: it includes plans of 603 and 708 sq ft at about ₹83.7 lakh and ₹98.2 lakh, smaller than the 2 BHK flats, and goes up to about ₹1.52 crore.
