A rooftop infinity pool and a mini theatre are the features most buyers will notice first at Majestique Marbella in Kharadi. The rest of the list is practical: a gym, a yoga room, gazebos, a jogging track, a children's play area, a water feature with fountain and a steam room, with rainwater harvesting, a sewage treatment plant and CCTV in the background.
Kharadi is east Pune's main office district. EON IT Park and World Trade Center Pune are both here, and Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar and the airport are a short drive west. Schools and hospitals are well spread through the area.
The 2 BHK homes start at 691 sq ft of carpet area for about ₹91.4 lakh, with other 2 BHK units priced up to about ₹1.25 crore. The 3 BHK homes start at 1,063 sq ft for about ₹1.43 crore and go to about ₹1.58 crore. Carpet areas are given only for the smallest plan of each type, so ask what extra space the higher prices buy. Majestique Landmarks, the developer, has built several projects in Kharadi and the Hadapsar area.
Marbella is marketed as a new launch, but the possession date on record is December 2026, about three months away. The MahaRERA registration is P52100051012. Before booking, check the progress report and whether a revised date has been filed.

The Kharadi and Balewadi projects start at roughly ₹90 lakh to ₹1.07 crore for 2 BHK homes. That makes the brand hard to place in one segment, so buyers should compare specifications project by project.
