About BPTP The Amaario
The Amaario is a high-rise residential project by BPTP in Sector 37D, Gurugram, close to the Dwarka Expressway. BPTP announced the project in May 2024, stating that it would consist of twin towers of 31 floors above a podium with only 250 apartments, which keeps density low for the corridor. As reported at launch, homes begin at around 3,700 sq ft, and a clubhouse of roughly 80,000 sq ft is planned along with landscaped greens and water features. The launch coverage also pointed to the site's access to Aerocity, the Yashobhoomi convention centre, the proposed Gurugram Global City and IGI Airport, with a planned metro line in the area. Sector 37D already contains earlier BPTP housing such as Terra. The project is registered with HRERA Gurugram and is under construction; buyers should check the latest plans and payment terms with the developer.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1470-2023, with registration valid until September 2031.
