About BPTP Downtown 66
Downtown 66 is a high-rise residential project by BPTP in Sector 66, Gurugram, close to the Golf Course Extension Road. BPTP plans two towers of roughly 150 metres in height, with no more than four homes on each floor and six lifts per tower. Apartments have wraparound decks of about 85 feet in length. Around 1.35 lakh sq ft is set aside for amenities and landscaping, and BPTP lists more than 40 facilities: gyms, pools and a spa for wellness; courts for padel, pickleball, badminton and squash; dining and entertainment areas; and a robotics lab, art studios and dance rooms for children. The structure is designed to Seismic Zone V standards and the project is IGBC Platinum pre-certified. BPTP quotes prices from about Rs 5.45 crore. The project was registered with HRERA on 19 September 2025 as RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/981/713/2025/84. Unit types, apartment sizes and a possession date were not detailed on the project page when reviewed.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2009-2025, with registration valid until October 2032.
