Gera Developments has built World of Joy in Upper Kharadi around children, as part of its child-centric homes range. The 20-acre site keeps about 6 acres as open green space, and the facilities follow that idea: academies for sports, arts and dance, a rock-climbing wall, a skating rink and a temperature-controlled swimming pool.
Two clubhouses, named Evolve and Engage, hold a mini theatre of about 30 seats, three indoor badminton courts, a gym spread over two levels and a multi-purpose hall. A shopping plaza with 32 stores on two floors takes care of daily needs, and homes come with Google Home automation. EON IT Park, Gera Commerzone and World Trade Center Pune are all in Kharadi, and the Pune-Ahmednagar highway is close.
The price list starts with a 2 BHK of 634 sq ft carpet area at about ₹1.14 crore. A 3 BHK of 842 sq ft is about ₹1.6 crore, a larger 3 BHK of 1,660 sq ft about ₹3.15 crore, and 4 BHK homes about ₹3.12 crore. Project material also mentions studios, duplexes and row houses, which are not on the current list. Gera Developments is a Pune builder with homes and offices across the city.
Possession was scheduled for September 2024, and World of Joy is now listed as ready to move. The MahaRERA registration is P52100022499. This is a multi-phase project, so check that this number covers the building you are offered and ask for that building's occupancy certificate.
