About Vatika Sovereign Park
Sovereign Park is a residential project by Vatika Group in Sector 99, Gurugram, located directly on the Dwarka Expressway (NH-248BB). According to the official page, the site covers about 10.3 acres, with around 80 percent kept as open, landscaped area. Apartments are planned with only two homes per floor and are offered as 3 BHK with study, 4 BHK with study, and penthouses, with high ceilings, wrap-around balconies and dressing areas in the bedrooms. Architecture is credited to Arcop and landscape design to M. Paul Friedberg, and the developer lists about 127,700 sq ft of club and recreational space along with a multi-tier security system. Vatika says the homes look out over water bodies and landscaped greens. The first phase was registered in 2017; this registration covers Phase II, which Vatika has announced as launched, and runs to July 2027. Unit sizes and prices are not listed on the official page.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1412-2023, with registration valid until July 2027.
