About Vatika Horizon 82
Horizon 82 is a residential plotted colony by Vatika Group in Sector 82A, New Gurugram, inside the Vatika India Next township. The official page says the plots are offered under Haryana's Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) affordable plotted housing scheme, in sizes from about 90 to 180 sq yards, with construction of stilt plus four floors permitted. Being inside a larger township, the colony has access to schools, clinics, shops and markets that already operate nearby, and Vatika mentions solar street lighting and professional facility management. The site is about 500 metres from NH-48 and is reached by 24-metre and 84-metre roads, with the Dwarka Expressway and the planned RRTS corridor within reach. The developer describes internal roads and security as already laid out. Plot prices and handover timelines are not published on the official page and should be confirmed with Vatika before booking.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1558-2024, with registration valid until December 2029.
