The towers occupy about 2.83 acres within a larger licensed group housing colony of roughly 56 acres, and each tower is listed at 55 floors and about 201 metres, placing them among the tallest buildings in Gurugram. Homes have floor-to-ceiling glazing and private lift lobbies, and around a third of the residences include double-height living rooms. Shared facilities include a temperature-controlled indoor pool, a spa with sauna and steam rooms, a fitness centre, library, lounge, games room, children's play area, a restaurant and a business centre, backed by concierge, doorman and valet services. Wikipedia records the structure as completed in 2024, and the current HRERA registration is valid until June 2027.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1388-2023, with registration valid until June 2027.
