Tribeca Developers is a real estate company headquartered in Mumbai. Kalpesh Mehta founded it in 2012 after working at The Carlyle Group and Lehman Brothers. It is best known as the Indian partner of the Trump brand and describes itself as the largest developer of Trump-branded residences in the country. It has Trump-branded projects in Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram, Kolkata and Delhi NCR, and news reports in 2026 covered a planned Trump Towers in Hyderabad. It also has luxury housing and commercial projects outside the brand, such as The Edge in Mumbai and Tribeca Highstreet in Pune. The company names Noida as one of its markets, and City Center 150 in Sector 150 is a retail and entertainment project indexed on its website.
