Trump Residences Gurgaon is a branded residential project in Sector 69, Gurugram, off the Southern Peripheral Road. It is developed by Smartworld Developers, which handles construction and customer service, with Tribeca Developers leading design, marketing and sales, and the Trump Organization licensing the brand. Announced in April 2025 as the second Trump-branded project in the city after Trump Towers Delhi NCR, it comprises two 51-storey towers with 298 residences in 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK formats, several with double-height living rooms and private lifts. Planned facilities include a grand lobby, an indoor pool with bar, an aquarium bar, a yoga and pilates studio, a theatre, restaurants and a children's play area. The project is registered with HRERA Gurugram, with validity to September 2032.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1850-2025, with registration valid until September 2032.

In January 2026, M3M and Smartworld announced homes branded with the Lebanese fashion house Elie Saab in Gurugram and in Sector 98, Noida. The Noida project was reported as an investment of about Rs 1,500 crore, with completion planned around 2030.
