Smartworld Developers

Smartworld Developers is a real estate company with its head office at M3M International Financial Center in Sector 66, Gurugram. Its founder, Pankaj Bansal, is also a promoter of M3M India. The company is only a few years old. It says it has delivered about 6.5 million sq ft with occupancy certificates and has around 2 crore sq ft under development. Most of its projects are in Gurugram, including One DXP, Orchard, Sky Arc, The Edition, Gems and Nature's Court. In January 2026, M3M and Smartworld announced homes branded with the Lebanese fashion house Elie Saab in Gurugram and in Sector 98, Noida. The Noida project was reported as an investment of about Rs 1,500 crore, with completion planned around 2030.
