Early Stage

Alpha 2 is one of Greater Noida's older commercial sectors, a few minutes from Pari Chowk, and the Aqua Line station at Alpha 1 serves the neighbouring sector. SVG Town Square 1 is a new mixed commercial building on Pocket I, SLC 3/4 in Alpha 2, combining high-street shops, office floors and studio apartments.
The building rises 20 floors, two of which are given over to parking, with a total built-up area of about 2,15,000 sq ft. The top of the building carries a rooftop restaurant with an infinity pool and an event space. Studio and office users also get a gym and café, and the developer promises open plazas at ground level with 24x7 security.
SVG Group, run by Ankur Mittal and Neeraj Mittal, has a long record in Greater Noida commercial property. Its completed buildings include India Expo Plaza in Knowledge Park 2, Alpha Plaza, Beta Plaza and Swarn Plaza, as well as SVG Galleria in Sector 131, Noida.
Work started in April 2025, and UP RERA lists the project as Town Square-1 under UPRERAPRJ230755/04/2025 with a completion date of December 2028. The developer has not published unit sizes or prices online, and retail rents in Alpha 2 vary a lot by frontage, so ask for the exact shop location on the plan before booking.
SVG GroupDeveloper · RERA registeredAll projects →SVG Group, also known as Shri Vinayaka Group, is a Greater Noida developer led by chairman and managing director Ankur Mittal and managing director Neeraj Mittal. It works mainly in commercial property, and its slogan, On Time, Every Time, reflects the pitch it makes to investors.
Its completed buildings include India Expo Plaza in Knowledge Park 2, Alpha Plaza, Beta Plaza, Swarn Plaza and Vinayaka Plaza in Greater Noida, SVG Galleria in Sector 131, Noida, SVG Heights in Sector P3, and warehouse and residential projects in Bulandshahr. Its current launch is SVG Town Square 1 in Alpha 2, a 20-floor building with shops, offices and studio apartments due for completion in December 2028. Most of the group's portfolio is small and mid-sized retail and office buildings, so its record is more relevant to shop and studio investors than to home buyers.
