SVG Group

SVG Group, also known as Shri Vinayaka Group, is a Greater Noida developer led by chairman and managing director Ankur Mittal and managing director Neeraj Mittal. It works mainly in commercial property, and its slogan, On Time, Every Time, reflects the pitch it makes to investors.

Its completed buildings include India Expo Plaza in Knowledge Park 2, Alpha Plaza, Beta Plaza, Swarn Plaza and Vinayaka Plaza in Greater Noida, SVG Galleria in Sector 131, Noida, SVG Heights in Sector P3, and warehouse and residential projects in Bulandshahr. Its current launch is SVG Town Square 1 in Alpha 2, a 20-floor building with shops, offices and studio apartments due for completion in December 2028. Most of the group's portfolio is small and mid-sized retail and office buildings, so its record is more relevant to shop and studio investors than to home buyers.
