About Migsun Alpha Central
Alpha 2 is one of Greater Noida's older planned sectors, close to Pari Chowk and the Aqua Line stations at Alpha 1 and Delta 1. Migsun Alpha Central is a commercial project here on a plot of about 11,288 sq m.
The development combines shops, food court space and business suites. Retail and food outlets take the lower ground floor up to the fourth floor. Above that sit two towers of business suites: Tower A runs from the 5th to the 27th floor and Tower B from the 5th to the 23rd. At launch in June 2025, entry prices were reported from about ₹25 lakh, pitched at small business owners, retail brands and investors buying to let.
Migsun Group was founded in 1999 by Sunil Miglani and has built housing and commercial projects in several parts of NCR. For this project it appointed MORES as its sales and marketing partner.
The project is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ928123/05/2025 and is promoted by Superemo Infratech Private Limited. The declared completion date is March 2030. Business suites in a building of this height depend on occupancy for rental income, so buyers counting on returns should look closely at the leasing plan and at how much competing office and suite stock is coming up in Alpha 2 and the nearby Knowledge Park sectors.
