New Launch

Surajpur Site C is an industrial area in Greater Noida, and SVG Golf Avenue sits on a commercial plot, Site C (H), within it. The project is small in footprint: the developer lists a built-up area of 6,098.04 sq m, about 65,600 sq ft, spread over six floors.
SVG describes it as a mixed commercial building with office space, premium suites, a gym, a café and a rooftop event space. The roof is also planned for a restaurant with an infinity pool, and the building will have dedicated parking and round-the-clock security. The developer has not published unit sizes or a price list, so buyers will need to ask for the unit plan, carpet areas and payment schedule.
The project comes from SVG Group, led by chairman and managing director Ankur Mittal and managing director Neeraj Mittal. The group has built several commercial buildings in Greater Noida, including India Expo Plaza, SVG Galleria, Alpha Plaza and Beta Plaza, and has SVG Town Square 1 and 2 under construction in Alpha 2.
Golf Avenue was registered with UP RERA on 20 June 2026 as UPRERAPRJ123818/06/2026, with work starting in mid-2026 and a declared completion date of April 2029. This is an early project in an industrial belt, so footfall for the shops and food outlets will depend on how much the surrounding area changes over the next few years.
SVG GroupDeveloper · RERA registeredAll projects →SVG Group, also known as Shri Vinayaka Group, is a Greater Noida developer led by chairman and managing director Ankur Mittal and managing director Neeraj Mittal. It works mainly in commercial property, and its slogan, On Time, Every Time, reflects the pitch it makes to investors.
Its completed buildings include India Expo Plaza in Knowledge Park 2, Alpha Plaza, Beta Plaza, Swarn Plaza and Vinayaka Plaza in Greater Noida, SVG Galleria in Sector 131, Noida, SVG Heights in Sector P3, and warehouse and residential projects in Bulandshahr. Its current launch is SVG Town Square 1 in Alpha 2, a 20-floor building with shops, offices and studio apartments due for completion in December 2028. Most of the group's portfolio is small and mid-sized retail and office buildings, so its record is more relevant to shop and studio investors than to home buyers.
