New Launch

SVG Central Square is a six-storey commercial building on plot SLC-3 in Sector Chi-Phi 3 of Greater Noida, in the belt of residential sectors near the start of the Yamuna Expressway. Shri Vinayaka Group, now trading as SVG Realty, registered it with UP RERA in July 2026, and work began the same month.
The registered built-up area is 12,572.60 sq m. The building is planned for shops at the lower levels, office space, dining and serviced lifestyle suites, with a rooftop restaurant, an infinity pool and a rooftop event area. A gym and a café are also on the plan. SVG has not published unit sizes or prices on its project page, so buyers will need the registered area statement before comparing it with other high-street projects nearby.
SVG has worked in Greater Noida since 2001 and lists 12 delivered projects, including India Expo Plaza in Knowledge Park 2, SVG Galleria, SVG Heights, Alpha Plaza, Beta Plaza and two warehouses. Town Square 1, Town Square 2 and Golf Avenue are its other ongoing projects.
The UP RERA registration number is UPRERAPRJ709456/07/2026, and the registration gives April 2029 as the completion date. As with most studio and suite products, rental returns will depend on how many similar units come up in the surrounding Chi and Phi sectors.
SVG GroupDeveloper · RERA registeredAll projects →SVG Group, also known as Shri Vinayaka Group, is a Greater Noida developer led by chairman and managing director Ankur Mittal and managing director Neeraj Mittal. It works mainly in commercial property, and its slogan, On Time, Every Time, reflects the pitch it makes to investors.
Its completed buildings include India Expo Plaza in Knowledge Park 2, Alpha Plaza, Beta Plaza, Swarn Plaza and Vinayaka Plaza in Greater Noida, SVG Galleria in Sector 131, Noida, SVG Heights in Sector P3, and warehouse and residential projects in Bulandshahr. Its current launch is SVG Town Square 1 in Alpha 2, a 20-floor building with shops, offices and studio apartments due for completion in December 2028. Most of the group's portfolio is small and mid-sized retail and office buildings, so its record is more relevant to shop and studio investors than to home buyers.
