SS Camasa is a residential project by SS Group in Sector 90, Gurugram, a few minutes from the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48, with the KMP Expressway, IMT Manesar and Golf Course Extension Road also within driving distance. The licensed land is about 6.42 acres, held by North Star Towers Private Limited and Matrix Buildwell Private Limited, and the project was registered with HRERA in 2024. Homes come in a single format, a 4 BHK with four toilets of about 2,530 sq ft, with three-side open layouts, marble flooring and VRV or VRF air-conditioning. The architecture is by ACPL. A multi-level clubhouse is planned with a swimming pool and kids' pool, gym, spa with steam and sauna, basketball and badminton courts, a cricket net, bowling alley, gaming zone, library, coffee shop and a fine-dining space. The HRERA registration is valid until September 2031.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1719-2024, with registration valid until September 2031.
