Unit sizes, total unit count, prices and a target possession date are not stated on the official page and should be confirmed with the developer before booking.

In January 2026, M3M and Smartworld announced homes branded with the Lebanese fashion house Elie Saab in Gurugram and in Sector 98, Noida. The Noida project was reported as an investment of about Rs 1,500 crore, with completion planned around 2030.
