AIPL Joy Gallery is a retail-led commercial project by Advance India Projects Limited (AIPL) in Sector 66, along the main Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram. It is built on about 4.42 acres with a total super area of roughly 3.39 lakh sq ft. The layout is arranged by floor: the ground and first levels are high-street shops for fashion and anchor stores, the second level is set aside for speciality restaurants and the third for entertainment. Some units on the ground and second floors are double height. Visitors are served by five basement levels of parking with valet service, a drop-off point, lifts, escalators, ATMs and assistance for differently-abled visitors, and common areas have CCTV and full power backup. AIPL displays several fashion brands as tenants on its project page. The project is registered with HRERA under GGM/404/136/2020/20 dated 17 August 2020.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-650-2020, with registration valid until May 2028.
