Talegaon MIDC is nearby, the Prati Shirdi temple at Shirgaon is close, and the Hinjewadi flyover is about 20 minutes away by road.

The MahaRERA number is P52100023186, and a second phase is registered separately, so check which registration covers your building and ask for its occupancy certificate.
