With only 119 owners, maintenance costs will be shared among fewer households than in a large complex, so ask for the expected monthly charge early.
Amenities are compact but cover the basics: a pool and pool deck, an indoor gym, sauna and steam rooms, a massage room, billiards and table tennis, a multipurpose hall, a sun deck, a reflexology path, a gazebo and a corner for older residents. Puravankara also lists smart locks, home automation, power backup and gas leak detectors in each home.
Sunrise Hospital is about 300 metres from the site. Infopark and SmartCity are each 4.2 km away, CUSAT 2.7 km, Kakkanad Water Metro 4 km, Edappally Metro 5 km and LuLu Mall 5.4 km. Cochin International Airport is 21 km by road.
