Scale is what sets Prestige Primrose Hills apart. Prestige Group has planned 1,680 homes on about 15 acres off Kanakapura Road, at the Banashankari end of south Bengaluru, in a cluster of high-rise towers around a central green.

Possession was due in December 2024, so IndiProp shows the project as Ready to Move; it is complete or in handover. Prices were listed from ₹1.03 crore. No unit-wise breakdown or carpet areas came with that figure, and the unit mix quoted to us (1 and 2 BHK) needs checking against what Prestige actually built, so ask the developer for current prices and floor plans before comparing. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/200618/003453.

Amenities are split between the clubhouse and the grounds. Indoors there is a swimming pool, gym and health club, snooker and billiards, table tennis, badminton courts, a yoga and aerobics room, a party hall and a provision store. Outside, the grounds are laid out with a small football pitch for five-a-side games, courts for tennis and basketball, an amphitheatre-style outdoor stage, a party pavilion with tiered seats, a running track and a play zone for younger children.

With this many homes, the common areas will be busy, and lift waiting times and parking management are worth asking about on a site visit. On the other hand, the size of the community supports a good range of shared facilities, and Kanakapura Road's metro line and NICE Road access help with daily travel.
