Sarjapura town, well beyond the Outer Ring Road on the south-eastern edge of Bengaluru, is where many of the corridor's larger new layouts are going. Prestige Great Acres lies in Valagere Kallahalli village in Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk, with Ittangur close by. The land is stated to be more than 180 acres, planned as a township of plots, villas and apartments.

The published details are thinner than usual for a Prestige project. Apartments were described as 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK. Plots were quoted from about ₹30 lakh, and the full range ran up to roughly ₹1 crore. No carpet areas, plot sizes or unit counts were given, so ask the developer for the layout plan, plot dimensions and phase-wise approvals before comparing value.

Possession was due in July 2025, and the project is shown as ready to move. On a site this size, phases often finish at different times, so confirm which phase an offered unit is in and whether it has been handed over. The prices here are from the original listing. The registration shown is ACK/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/210707/005064. An ACK number is issued when an application is filed, so check the final registration on the Karnataka RERA website.

Access is by Sarjapur Road and State Highway 35, with NH 44 (Hosur Road) to the west. Several international schools have campuses around Sarjapur, but daily trips to Whitefield or Bellandur are long from here. This is a better fit for buyers planning a few years ahead, or looking at a plot to build on later, than for someone who needs a short drive to work now.
