Ready to Move

North Bengaluru's growth beyond the airport road has made Bagalur a serious residential market, and Prestige Group's Finsbury Park is one of the largest projects there. The 25-acre township has two separately approved phases, Hyde and Regent. Regent takes up about 10 acres and is registered with Karnataka RERA under PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/191206/003056.
Regent has six towers of up to 20 floors and a total of 958 homes, all 2 or 3 BHK. The 2 BHK flats range from about 955 sq ft at ₹97.37 lakh to 1,164 sq ft at ₹1.19 crore. The 3 BHK flats run from 1,233 sq ft at ₹1.26 crore to 1,562 sq ft at ₹1.59 crore. These are larger than the flats in Hyde next door and better suited to families.
The clubhouse holds a swimming pool and gym, a badminton hall, two party halls, a reading room, billiards and table tennis, and space set aside for a crèche. Prestige has also planned a convenience store, a pharmacy, a doctor's clinic, a small theatre and room for an ATM inside the complex, which helps in an area where shops are still spread out. Outdoors, the plan includes a games area, a park for senior citizens, a pet park and play space for children.
Possession was due in November 2023, so Regent is complete and handing over. Prices listed here are from the sale period, so confirm current rates with Prestige. The honest caveat is distance. Bagalur sits well north of the city's main office districts, so the location suits people working near the airport, in the Aerospace Park or along Hebbal and Manyata, but a daily run to Whitefield or Koramangala would be long.
