Sector 129 lies on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, between the high-rise housing of Sector 128 and the office campuses further along the road. Paras Avenue is a retail building on Plot C3H1 in this sector, developed by Paras Buildtech through Ambit Buildwell Pvt Ltd.
The building rises to ground plus six floors and is planned as a high-street retail block, with shops across several levels and some larger commercial units. The developer's page points to wide shopfronts, ample parking and low maintenance, but it does not publish unit sizes or prices. Buyers should ask for the carpet area, the floor-wise price list and the expected maintenance charge before committing, because shops on upper floors of a retail block usually rent for much less than those at ground level.
Paras Buildtech is based on Golf Course Road in Gurugram and has built housing and commercial projects in Gurugram and Noida.
