Three Sixty North is the first residential development by Mumbai-based Oberoi Realty in the National Capital Region. The project sits on a land parcel of about 14.8 acres in Sector 58, Gurugram, along Golf Course Extension Road, which the company acquired for its NCR entry. The first phase, announced in mid-2026, comprises large-format residences in 3 BHK plus studio, 4 BHK plus studio, duplex and penthouse formats, with saleable areas reported from roughly 5,500 sq ft to more than 13,000 sq ft. Six residential towers (A, B, C, E, F and G) are registered separately with HRERA Gurugram, and the tallest tower is listed as a planned 57-storey structure. Business Standard reported gross bookings of around Rs 8,109 crore in the launch phase, with homes priced from about Rs 18 crore, and the company has indicated that the development will be built in two phases. The HRERA registrations for all six towers are valid until December 2033.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2240-2026, RERA-GRG-2241-2026, RERA-GRG-2242-2026, RERA-GRG-2243-2026, RERA-GRG-2244-2026, RERA-GRG-2245-2026, with registration valid until December 2033.
