Migsun

Migsun Group was founded in 1999 by Sunil Miglani and builds housing and commercial projects in Delhi NCR, with a strong presence in Ghaziabad and Greater Noida. Like many NCR developers, it registers individual projects through separate project companies; its Greater Noida commercial project Alpha Central is promoted by Superemo Infratech Private Limited.

Alpha Central, launched in June 2025 in Sector Alpha 2, is a plot of about 11,288 sq m with shops and food court space on the lower floors and two towers of business suites rising to 27 and 23 floors. Migsun appointed MORES as the project's sales and marketing partner, and launch prices were reported from about ₹25 lakh. Buyers should check each Migsun project's promoter entity and RERA completion date on the UP RERA site, since the group works through several companies.
