Holiday Village Road in Vajarahalli, just off Kanakapura Road, is where Mahindra Lifespaces is building Mahindra Eden. The plan puts 531 homes in four high-rise towers on 7.89 acres and keeps about 80 per cent of the land open. The project is being delivered in phases.
Four configurations are on offer. A 1 BHK of around 700 sq ft starts at ₹45 lakh, a 2 BHK at ₹90 lakh, a 3 BHK of about 1,600 sq ft at ₹1.3 crore, and a 3.5 BHK of about 2,000 sq ft at ₹1.65 crore. The sizes appear to be marketed sizes rather than RERA carpet areas, so ask for the carpet figure of the exact unit. Possession is scheduled for March 2027, roughly six months away, and it is sensible to check construction progress in the quarterly updates on the Karnataka RERA portal before booking.
The towers have wide balconies and large windows, and the amenity list includes a swimming pool, gym, tennis, squash and badminton courts, a jogging track, a clubhouse with a library, spa and sauna, and children's play areas. Rainwater harvesting and sewage treatment are part of the plan.
Kanakapura Road's appeal has grown since the Green Line metro was extended south along it, with a station at Vajarahalli. NICE Road is close for trips towards Hosur Road or Mysore Road, and the Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway can be reached from there. The registration on record is PR/300322/004794.

Buyers comparing Happinest Tathawade with nearby projects should check the phase-wise possession dates, since the company planned handovers from 2025 onwards across several phases.
