Set on the Baner-Pashan Link Road, Kumar Peninsula is a high-rise development of 3 BHK apartments in Pashan. The road connects the quieter residential pockets of Pashan with Baner, and from there Aundh, Balewadi and the Hinjewadi IT parks are easy to reach. The Mumbai-Bengaluru highway runs just to the west, and Kothrud lies to the south.
Every home here is a 3 BHK, but prices vary widely, from ₹1.80 crore to ₹3.13 crore. Carpet areas have not been published for any of the layouts, so the spread probably reflects different sizes, floors or towers. Ask for the carpet area of each option and work out the price per sq ft yourself before shortlisting, since a headline figure alone says little about value here.
No amenity list is on record for Peninsula, so request the developer's specification sheet, clubhouse plan and site layout. Kumar Properties, active in Pune since the 1960s, is one of the city's older developers, with projects ranging from Pashan and Kothrud to the Megapolis township in Hinjewadi. Its sister project Kumar Priyadarshan is also in Pashan, so buyers comparing the two can visit both in one trip.
