Ready to Move

Only one configuration is on offer at Kasturi Epitome: a 4 BHK apartment of 1,826 sq ft carpet area, priced from ₹2.31 crore. With every home identical in size, the project stands out in Wakad, where most projects lean towards 2 and 3 BHK homes.
The site is on Kala Khadak Road in Wakad, close to the Hinjewadi IT park and the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway. Baner and Aundh are a short drive across the highway, and the Pimpri-Chinchwad side of Wakad has schools, hospitals and shopping within easy reach.
The apartments are planned with open sides for light and cross ventilation. The facility list covers a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a gym, a jogging track and play areas for children. Kasturi Housing is a Pune developer whose projects are concentrated in the Hinjewadi and Wakad area.
Kasturi Epitome is registered with MahaRERA as P52100024071. Handover was due in June 2025, and the project is now in its ready-to-move phase, so ask to see the occupancy certificate before booking. At about ₹12,650 per sq ft of carpet area, it is priced as a premium product for the locality.
Kasturi HousingEstablished 1999 · RERA registeredAll projects →Kasturi Housing has built homes in Pune since 1999 and works out of an office on Baner Road. The company says it has delivered more than 3 million sq ft, with about 5 million sq ft more in the pipeline. It is a Pune residential developer, and over the past decade its name has become closely tied to one pocket of the city: Baner and Balewadi.
That pocket is home to its Balmoral series. The Balmoral Hillside in Baner offers 4.5 and 5.5 BHK residences, while The Balmoral Riverside and The Balmoral Towers in Balewadi are 3 and 4 BHK projects, which places this part of the portfolio in the upper segment. Its Hinjewadi work is aimed at a different buyer: Eon Homes has 2 and 3 BHK flats and Apostrophe is a 2 BHK project. The IndiProp listings also include Epitome in Wakad and Voyage in Moshi, neither of which is featured on the company's current website, so buyers should confirm their status on MahaRERA rather than rely on older brochures. Across the Balmoral projects, compare carpet areas rather than headline BHK counts, since a 4.5 or 5.5 BHK label does not say how large the extra room is.
