The third phase of Hero Homes in Mohali's Sector 88 is a smaller, higher-priced addition to a township whose first two phases are already standing. It offers only one type of home, a four-bedroom apartment with a study, which Hero Homes calls a 4.5 BHK.

The project is registered with RERA Punjab as PBRERA-SAS81-PR1114 and sits on Group Housing Site No. 1 in Sector 88. The official page puts the land at 9,712.4 sq m, about 2.4 acres, and the home size at 324.13 sq m, roughly 3,489 sq ft. That is a super area figure, so ask for the carpet area in the builder buyer agreement. The page's listing data shows a different RERA number, which belongs to an unrelated project on the state list, so rely on PR1114. Prices are on request.

Renders show homes with wide balconies facing open greens, and the amenity list leans towards gardens: a maze garden, a ficus garden, a zen garden, a fruit-tree boulevard, an elderly park, a tree house and a barbeque area. There is also a wellness club with a pool and kids' pool, a gym and an outdoor gym, a squash court, a cafe, banquet space, an amphitheatre and a business centre. Buyers will probably also have access to the larger clubhouse built for the earlier phases, but confirm this in writing.

Sector 88 is on the south-western side of Mohali. The project page lists the judicial court complex about 1 km away, Fortis Hospital and CP67 Mall about 5 km, the PCA Stadium about 6 km, ISBT Chandigarh and ISB about 7 km, Mohali railway station about 8 km, and Chandigarh International Airport about 14 km.
