The gallery is mostly site photography rather than renders: towers set around landscaped lawns, a clubhouse with a double-height lobby, a gym, a restaurant, a pool, and tennis and basketball courts.

The phase is registered with RERA Punjab as PBRERA-SAS81-PR0114. Hero Homes describes the mix as 2 and 2.5 BHK and 3 and 3.5 BHK apartments, with sizes of 101.7 to 433.8 sq m, roughly 1,095 to 4,669 sq ft. These are super areas, and the top of the range most likely refers to a small number of penthouse-type homes. The developer does not list prices, and since the phase is complete, most homes will now come through resale. Compare asking prices with recent deals in the same towers.

The amenity list reflects the brand's focus on fitness: squash, tennis and basketball courts, a cricket pitch, a skating rink, a cycling track, a yoga centre, a gym, a pool with a toddlers' pool, and a spa with jacuzzi.
