Leafsong Retreat is Hero Homes' newest launch in Mohali, and it moves the developer from Sector 88 to Sector 99, closer to the airport road side of the city. It is a single-configuration project: every home is a 3 BHK.
The RERA Punjab registration number is PBRERA-SAS81-PR1432-092026, issued in September 2026. It was too new to appear in the RERA Punjab list of 28 August 2026, so buyers should look up the project record for the land area, number of towers and declared completion date, none of which Hero Homes has published yet. The official page gives the home size as 200 sq m, about 2,153 sq ft, while the page's listing data mentions a range of 95.96 to 182.83 sq m. Ask the sales team which of these is carpet area before comparing prices. The price is on request.
The planning idea is a large central green of about 14,164 sq m, roughly 3.5 acres, with the towers set around it. Hero Homes counts 99 amenities across the landscape and the club. They include a pool and kids' pool, jogging and cycling tracks, tennis courts, a butterfly park, a forest trail, a zen garden, a yoga and meditation area, a pet zone, a golf area, a bird-watching tower and a seating area for senior citizens.
