About GYGY FiveO
Sector 50 is one of Noida's settled residential sectors, and GYGY FiveO is a retail and food project going up there. By the developer's count, the Sector 51 Aqua Line station and the Sector 52 Blue Line station are both within about a kilometre, and more than 35 housing societies lie within the same radius.
The design stacks three ground-floor levels, so shops on more than one level get street-facing access, which GYGY presents as a first for a Noida high street. There is a double-height entrance lobby, a food court, an entertainment zone, outdoor seating and multi-level parking. Shops will be centrally air-conditioned, with Italian marble flooring, high-speed lifts, power backup and sprinklers. Unit sizes and prices are not published on the project page.
GYGY Group is a Noida developer that works only on commercial property. Its other current project is GYGY Mentis in Sector 140.
The UP RERA number is UPRERAPRJ662072/10/2024, and the completion date on the register is August 2029. The UP RERA project list currently marks FiveO as in default on its quarterly progress reports, so check the latest filings on up-rera.in before paying a booking amount. Returns from high-street retail depend on the tenants a project attracts, so ask for leasing plans and any assured-return terms in writing.
