The 3 BHK prices run from ₹1.4 crore to ₹1.47 crore, but the carpet areas given (824 to 864 sq ft) are smaller than the larger 2 BHK, and the whole unit list matches that of Goel Ganga Liviano. These figures need checking with the developer.
